Welcome to the brand new Vanea – Alp Relax Guesthouse. A new apartment complex with 5 flats was built in 2022 in the beautiful village of Kiens/Chienes, in South Tyrol's Pustertal Valley.
We planned, drew and tweaked day and night to create the perfect holiday retreat for our guests! We focused on rest and relaxation just as much as premium living. This led us to build various highlights around the complex: an exclusive wellness area, a garden with playground, a play room and, last but not least, a roof terrace with 360° views of the impressive South Tyrolean mountains.

DISCOVER SUMMER
Mediterranean temperatures and a wide range of outdoor activities await our guests in the summer months. The Issinger Weiher natural bathing lake and KronAction high-rope course are just 1km away. You can reach many mountain tours in just a few minutes. The capital of the Pustertal Valley, Bruneck/Brunico, is 15 minutes away and boasts plenty of shopping opportunities.
DISCOVER WINTER
Our Vanea Guesthouse in Kiens if the perfect starting point for winter sports. The best ski resort in South Tyrol, Kronplatz, is just a 15-minute drive away, plus you can reach 2 other popular ski resorts, Plose in Brixen/Bressanone and Klausberg/Speikboden in the Ahrntal Valley in around 30 minutes.
